Nancy Donovan - Tutor

 

Nancy Donovan began her career 20 years ago after completing a BTEC IN Beauty Therapy at the London College of Fashion.

 

Since then Nancy has used her skills in a variety of high end salon spas and health clubs where she worked with a wide range of product houses including Elemis, Clairns, ESPA and Guniot.

 

During her time at these spas Nancy developed her expertise with advanced skin care treatments such as laser, IPL, chemical peels and micro dermabrasion.

Nancy's true passion is Skin Care, and she prides herself on being a Skin Specialist.

 

Nancy is also an internal verifier and assessor and is fully certified in the field of education in teaching, having obtained her degree at Greenwich University.

She has delivered NVQ’s levels 1,2 and 3 in a variety of government run and private academies whilst keeping a focus on maintaining good relationships with her past students and the highly regarded recruitment agencies.

In the eight years since opening Essex Beauty Training School Nancy has helped place over 50 students in the beauty industry, and helped many more start their own self employed businesses.

 

Nancy prides herself on keeping up to date with the changes in industry and also works as a therapist when she is not teaching.
