We offer a popular option where one of our highly skilled trainers will come to your Salon or College and deliver tailored training for your staff. Many Salons and Colleges already take advantage of this facility we offer and have found it very cost and time effective.

This package will be tailored made for each salons individuals needs to include

 

A mystery shop Expert: one of our specialist tutors will visit your salon under cover on two separate occasions sampling a treatment with each member of staff and two mystery phone calls to rate the customer services on the phone. A report will then be created on these findings and recommendations of training that is required. We will then re visit the salon two months later sample another treatment with a therapist and make a Mystery phone call and create a short follow up report. Fees for the service are calculated once your requirements are established, based on type of visit, depth of report and frequency of service - Let us know your requirements.

 

Colleges

 

Although the tutors at your college are very experienced, Continual Professional Development is extremely important as a tutor.

Or you may need an external tutor to come a deliver a subject that your own tutors may not be trained in. Our tutor Nancy has work in lots of different colleges is CRB checked and regularly attends colleges to help with their Continual Professional needs and talk to students about life in industry.
